Who we are
This site is run by Ravn Ltd, a Colorado limited liability company, at 1500 N Grant St, Ste R, Denver, CO 80203. Ravn Ltd is owned by Ravnsfjell LLC, a Wyoming holding company. In this policy, "we" means Ravn Ltd.
Ravn Apps is a trade name of Ravn Ltd, registered in Colorado.
If you send an inquiry
The form asks for your name, company, email, monthly ad spend, typical deal size and a note about where things stand. We keep it in our database for up to a year and email it to the person who answers. We also keep your IP address, the page you landed on, where you came from and, if you have one, the visitor cookie described below, so we can see which link brought you.
If you use the site scanner
The scanner at /scan takes the address of a website. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are a person, which Cloudflare handles under its own privacy policy. The address and your IP address go to our scanning service to run the check. If you ask for the full report you give your email, and optionally your name, ad spend and average sale, and the service emails you a private link. If you ask us to call you back from a report, the phone number and note you give go to the same service.
Analytics and cookies
We run our own analytics, hosted at i.råven.com, and we do not use a third party analytics service. It records visits and what visitors do on the site, and sets a visitor cookie (_ri_vid) so a visit can be linked to a later inquiry. The "do not sell or share my personal information" link in the footer sets a cookie that stops all collection.
The site also uses your browser's own storage, on your device only: a visit counter (so a returning visitor is greeted as one) and the first page and referrer of your visit, kept until you close the tab.
Who else sees it
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores inquiries. Resend delivers the email that tells us about an inquiry. Our scanning service handles scans, as above.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to hello@ravnapps.com and we will do it. Inquiries are deleted automatically after a year.
